Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing artwork proofs (including size, colors, text, and layout). Once approved, we are not liable for any errors in the final production.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are quoted based on specifications provided by the customer
Prices may vary if there are changes in size, material, quality, or finishing
Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer)
Production begins only after payment confirmation
Production & Delivery Time
Standard production time is estimated based on the project scope and begins after final approval
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers or unforeseen delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
Shipping Policy
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details
Any additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be the responsibility of the customer
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
Orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started
Refunds may only be considered in case of manufacturing defects or errors caused by our team
Any claims must be reported within 4 business days of receiving the order

Design & Intellectual Property
All designs provided by customers remain their property
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal rights to use it
We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations.
Limitation of Liability
MyPackagingServices will not be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses due to delays, misuse of products, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Communication
All official communication will be conducted via email or agreed platforms. Customers are responsible for responding promptly to avoid delays.
